I'm so happy with my newly boarded loft! Everything has been perfect, the actual works took even less time than expected. Highly recommend using this company!

Sales, deployment and after sales services were all super. The project was explained in detail. The implementation was clean. And an issue afterwards was alo handled promptly. The only thing I can suggest is the cost of LED light could be cheaper

Mark the original rep was brilliant. He asked exactly what we wanted, didn't try to 'sell on' and we placed the order as soon as the quote came through. We had a message on the day prior to installation saying the team would be delayed and would not be here before 10-12noon. No problem. We then got another call to say he would be here at 8 am tomorrow! I questioned this to be told he was the electrician. He had not been told that the new hatch was to be in a different place to the existing one. He left and the next team arrived. They fitted the new hatch and carried out the flooring. At around 3.30pm said they had finished and that another team would fit the shelving in the morning. The new team arrived and after a couple of hours the job was finished. When I looked the light switch had been fitted over the old hatch which meant I had to climb into the loft with a torch to find the switch. I 'phoned the office to let them know and they agreed to move the switch to a position next to the new hatch. For various reasons this took two weeks to complete. The finished job was fine. The job would have got 5 stars if the electrician had had been told where the switch had to be put and it would have been better if one team had carried out the work from start to finish as it appeared the second team who did the shelving had to start another job after finishing mine which appeared to stress them out. The lady in the office was fantastic I have to add. Apart from the points mentioned I would have no problem recommending Amazing Lofts (Storage Soloutions) Ltd.

The loft installation was completed very quickly. Overall, it works perfectly and looks okay. I feel that the joinings of the wood around the edges could have been a better finish. Also, they could have cleaned up afterwards. Saw dust was left and they didn't take the previous loft hatch with them. This would have been appreciated as now its just waiting to go to the tip.
