Inexperienced sales rep - felt it was more about securing the deal than providing customer service!

We hired Amazing Lofts for a loft upgrade, including insulation and boarding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The initial contact and survey were very professional and we felt well informed at each stage. We had the loft boarded, a membrane fitted to help keep it clean, and a new ladder and were delighted with all of the work. I hadn’t expected the wooden ladder to be difficult to pull down, but with such high ceilings I realised I needed a longer pole to help me pull it down. I contacted them to find out if this was a possibility and after a couple of weeks received a new longer pole through the post. I was delighted with this and although it’s still a little challenging this is the most suitable solution. My only disappointment was that the light sensor wasn’t fitted correctly nor explained until I requested a follow up visit when it was rectified. I would certainly recommend Amazing lofts to anyone.
