Second time I've ordered something from Tipperary and again - brilliant. The quality of butterfly mugs, bowls is stunning. Also got earrings which I haven't worn yet but they are what I visually expected.also, packaging is amazing.

Still haven’t received my parcel. If it was delayed due to weather I would have appreciated a email stating this.

I purchased a number of items online from Tipperary Crystal. I was very happy with all the items and each item came in a lovely gift box which made it ideal for wrapping and gifting. I would purchase from them again. The delivery is fast and efficient.

Product was damaged upon receipt, it appears that insufficient/correct packaging was used. I have attempted through Tipperary Crystal's website to seek redress but not acknowledgement has been forthcomming.
