I sent an email to you notifying you one of the 4 cups was broken. I have had no one contact me about it. The packaging was not good in the tin that they were in.

My order arrived promptly.the Web site is very easy to use.

I am still waiting for my items to be delivered. I ordered them on 6th December 2024 and payment was taken from my account on 10th December 2024. I have contacted Tipperary Crystal twice via their website but have had no response from them at all. It is now 10th January 2025 and I am extremely disappointed.
