Ordering was easy. Delivery came when expected.

I purchased one of the "Best Friend" Christmas ornaments. The writing on it was badly done - it reads Best Friond or similar instead of Friend - part of the "e" is missing. I ordered one ornament and thought it was just this batch were perhaps badly done, so I contacted your customer service team, who were very good and sent me a second ornament. Unfortunately, the printing on this was just as bad. I then went to a couple shops which stock your products and check all the "Best Friend" ornaments I could find - and all were of the same bad quality. This is really not up to the standard I expect from Tipperary Crystal. I have a number of your Christmas ornaments and have given a lot as Christmas gifts as I love them and they are usually of very high quality. This is the first time I have encountered an issue.
