Bought decoration online to be sent directly to my friend for Christmas, arrived Christmas Eve - perfect timing 👌

I placed an order 10 days before Christmas and really thought it would be after Christmas before I got it. It was a last minute gift so I was worried. It didn’t dispatch until a couple of days later but once it was dispatched I got it almost overnight. Delivery was so quick, the products arrived beautifully presented in gift boxes and looked far more expensive than they actually were. I will definitely shop with them again, in fact, I’ve started next years shopping in the great sale they currently have on.

Absolutely appalling service. Eight days to deliver to Ireland. No way of contacting you and tracking order is a joke. I would never buy from you again omline.

While the tree decorations were beautiful and well presented the delivery was slow despite being a courier and I never received the free pendant as advertised

I bought a few gifts off the website. Make it easier than finding the one I wanted In the shop. I have always love everything from Tipperary crystal. Was surprised. Two out of the three was fine. The third was chipped when I opened the box. I tried contacting customer service and no one answered me. I know it is the holidays. But I don’t know if I can return it for a new one. Thoughts for improvement. Check the items before you send them out . Make sure people are working customer service .
