Bought some Christmas gifts from Tipperary on line, two set of Honeysuckle diffusers and candles in a presentation set and a Klimt mug. A lot of care was taken with packaging, but a bit of waste with such a big box for only three items.

I ordered 9 items and received a parcel with only 4 of the items. DPD only received the 1 parcel although I got a notification saying all items had been shipped. I have sent multiple emails and I still haven't received a reply. It meant I was unable to give a present at Christmas time even though I had ordered the products on the 10th December and live in Ireland. I’m really disappointed as I love the products but won’t be ordering again due to poor customer service and error in distribution.

I bought 4 Mugs in a tin Box 1 mug was broken I bought the 9 inch Bowl which was broken in bits on arrival So items could not be given as presents which the purpose of buying them I sent email to you with photos I did not get a response yet !
