Very easy to order from, was so surprised I got my parcel within 3 days of ordering as it was during their busiest time Christmas week. My presents were beautifully packaged, so I really would recommend Tipperary Crystals.

The products are lovely but I placed the order on December 3rd and didn't receive it until Dec 20th. I understand that it is an extremely busy time but I believe I should have beenade aware of the delay. The purchases were intended to be gifts for.work collueges so I had to buy alternatives. I did speak with customer service agent whi was very helpful and apologetic... thanks

My item arrived damaged. I emailed straight away. Almost 3 weeks have passed an still no resolution.
