I didn’t appreciate having to pay processing fee of such a huge amount . Didn’t understand what it is for and am already paying vat, and extra charges for paying in instalments. What is the processing fee for amount of £75 for?

You confirmed in an email that you have accepted my insurance ...only to advise me 5 days later that you cancelled my insurance. I didnt ask for a cancellation. I just got a letter - LETTER - that you needed more information despite you confirming in email my insurance. This is just an illegal way for you to claim £25 cancellation fee. I was away for 1 month - in a hospital! I do not read letters. WHY did you confirm my insurance then 5 days later you send a LETTER threatening to cancel my insurance if i didnt provide more information. How dare you? Where is my refund? Why would you accept my year worth of payment (i paid upfront) if you didnt have all the information you needed? Scammers
