When is purchased through online process it added legal services and all sorted. Later when I checked through online account portal it stated that it's not added. Rang next day to customer services saying oh sorry its not added and we can't add it manually even though I was happy to pay for the price difference it will be. Some silly answer if you bought through phone I can add it but I purchased online so cannot be added. That's not a good impression as first time buying toyata insurance definitely will think twice next time
