I spoke with a very helpful member of staff. She guided me through the insurance renewal process, and reduced my premium. Very good service.

I received a letter on the 8th of the month asking for proof. But it had to be sent to them by the 5th of the same month. They canceled policy on the 6th, 2 days before I had a chance to do anything

I was attended to by a very polite and informative lady!

So I tried to make contact several times to discuss my renewal and was not helped in anyway, my excess was increased from £250 to £400 with no reason given even though the only thing to change was adding yet another year's no claims bonus and being penalty point free for 4 years and 11 months, this was disappointing to say the least... At the eleventh hour I had no choice but to pay the renewal price and hope that in the days to follow someone from customer services might actually answer my plea and make thing right...
