When another vehicle hit my car and did not stop I needed to claim , the damage was a complete new wing mirror , two very small dents and a chrome trim , the repair centre promised delivery on 4/3/25 we waited at home for the car , at lunchtime we rang the repair shop to find out when the delivery would be , we were told it failed their quality control . 6/3/25 under pressure from Toyota insurance the garage decided to deliver the car back with ripples and lines in the paint , the quality control issues clearly had not been fixed but the repair shop decided to deliver the car back on the hope I would not notice the clearly visible ripples and lines in the paint , this is a LEXUS approved repair shop . We are now in week 4 from when the car was taken in for repair , we do not have a delivery date on my car , the car repair centre are devoid of any customer service and clearly do not care Complaint ref 46 TMI/00035121
