It was easy to complete the form and details. The price is also good.

My on-line quote disapeared. I had to telephone to complete it. I had problems in sending NCD proof. When I had a call back, I missed it and no telephone number was left for me to return the call. Given the same long detailed information and sales pitch to buy add-on's by two different call handlers. Documents emailed to me but I could not open any of them on my Ipad and only some of them on my laptop. I am now hoping that I get the documents by post.
