I had an accident with one of their customers,the police told me that I need to contact his insurance to get my car fixed but they are so horrible. They refused to contacted the police or my witnesses which would prove that their driver is at fault (as stated by the police) I rang them so many times, it has been almost 3 months since the accident happened, I have received no response from them as keep ignoring me and refusing to help. They refuse to look at all important evidence so they don’t have to accept liability and don’t have to pay out to the third party!

The young man that helped me set up my insurance ( Conner ) was amazing from start to finish and even called to check I had managed to sigh the paperwork on line. This young man is a credit to your company thank you so much again xx
