Our Estate Agent recommended Ramsdens for our sale and purchase conveyancing. As Ramsdens are 180 miles away from where we were living we had concerns that the service might be impersonal and communication could be difficult. We could not drop in as we would with a local firm. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Our solicitor, Jordan and assistant Maria kept us well informed and both were prompt and efficient. Most communication was by email, however it’s rare these days to be able to make a phone call and get straight through to the person you want to speak to. This was never a problem here. Also we were always well informed regarding any costs, so no nasty surprises! Everything was as painless as possible. We would use them again.
