Ordered a Makita 18 volt multi tool , A cheap imitation turned up that the 18 volt battles does not fit Complained and ask for a refund , was told a replacement was on its way Not heard anymore, not got a refund . Lairs , thieves and scammers

This is a very untrustworthy company. Beware and do not take the risk by dealing with it. I ordered a leaf blower but they failed to deliver by the promised date. It was a gift for a friend's birthday so time sensitive. I gave them a further week to deliver but again they failed. They promised a refund a long time ago but nothing has arrived yet. A completely disgraceful company staffed by incompetent liars who have treated me with contempt and disrespect.

I ordered a Karcher lawn mower on the 12th of July 2022 and am still waiting for my order to arrive nearly 2 months later. Like other posts the online customer service has been luke warm at best, followed up when chased with the occasional email from what appears to be an offshore help desk. Apparently the delays have been due to issues with the supply chain, however I am pretty sure if I had purchased this item on Amazon it would arrived 2 days later. The goods advertised might appear cheaper than other sites, but too be honest the effort involved with chasing up the order make using this site a poor option. Top tip - avoid at all costs.

Where to even start with this company, so I order an orbital sander on the 13th of July and two weeks went by and I’d heard nothing. So I emailed on the 29th asking for an update as they’d took payment and I’d not heard anything. They gave me some rubbish excuse about delays and said my order was on its way, so I gave them til the 15th of august and still heard nothing. At which point I asked for a full refund, which I’m still yet to receive. This by far my worst experience for an online sale, they are incompetent and liars. I think the whole website is a con, they’ve had my money for nearly 2 months and not given me a penny back.

Shocking company i ordered a makita tool kit and they sent me a completely different make and wasn't even half the size of the makita one. Then they replied to my e mails saying they will send correct item within 10 days now i'm being ignored as i told them i want a full refund after seeing all the bad reviews on here. Somebody must be able to find out who they are as they are sending items out? With a little investigating we have to stop these people. Also why isnt the website been shut down by now?

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!....Bought a sander...it was delayed, then cancelled then the refund never came through....the telephone number doesn't work and their apparent address is central London....it's a sham company with a sham website...stealing your money....again don't buy anything from.them....no zero stars are available to choose from
