SCAM don't order anything from them . All they do - take your money send you cheap staff and not responding to your emails !! Save your MONEY people !!!

I ordered a swimming pool in July, I'm am still waiting. Telephone number doesn't exist Email responses have stopped Initially email responses were that my order would be delivered the next week, then the next, then the next. SCAMMERS DO NOT USE. Tracking shows it hasn't even got to the UK DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I AM REPORTING FOR SCAIMG AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.

Ordered a Makita kit....asked for delivery info and they said they'd sent info but their email had not delivered. Tried to talk on their chat. Chat said reply in an hour...reply came many many hours later. They then said ten working days delivery. No sign of it. They then said will arrive Wednesday..No sign. Tried to call and the phone rings and immediately cuts off. Emailed and no reply. Found reviews on Trustpilot. Shocking. Only positive reviews are by people with just a single review for Garstore. Extremely suspicious .

Sadly only saw the reviews for the site after I placed my order and got suspicious. Tried contacting them within the 30 minute refund window however none of their contact methods work apart from email. I asked for a refund and threatened a charge back as I no longer trusted them to deliver my order and couldn't wait up to 40 days for it to arrive, which wasn't made clear at the time of ordering. Was surprised when the next day they offered me a refund and cancelled my order. I was just expecting this to be a way for them to string things along for a while, but woke up this morning to actually have the money back in my account. Seems like I'm one of the lucky ones, but if you're quick and ask for a refund immediately, you might actually get it. Just to note that there are soo many dodgey things about the site, including broken pages, fake product view counts, missing or not working contact details etc, so still avoid!

Absolute rip off merchants!! Placed an order for an 11' pool on 27th July, hadn't recieved it by 9th August, so I cancelled the order and was told I would receive a refund within 10 days. Today is 30th August and still no refund....but what I have had is a delivery of a 6' paddling pool!! The phone number on the website doesn't even work!!!

If I could give zero I would. They took my order, promised a delivery date. Nothing arrived. They quickly replied to email with apology and said it would be delivered shortly. Didn't arrive. Chased again. Again replied saying soon or they would make refund. Item didn't arrive and no refund. Now in hands of credit card co

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We ordered a barbecue, after multiple attempts to chase this and weeks and weeks of no delivery, we finally get a response. I requested a cancellation and refund and was told it would be processed, 20 days later we still have no refund. This is now being pursued by Klarna, thankfully we purchased through them but either way, this website is a massive con.

Ordered a Makita petrol leaf blower from Garstore, after several weeks chasing them for delivery dates finally received a toy red plastic electric leaf blower. Asked them for a full refund as this was not what I ordered. Have not received any reply. I just wish I had checked on trustpilot before I ordered this. This website is obviously a con.

Garstore failed to deliver the ordered goods within 3 weeks and failed to refund. SCAM ALERT Do report them to all scam trading / fraud regulators.
