DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! Took my money, never received an order confirmation, no responses to email. In the 50 times I called them, they answered 3 times and the final time they hung up on me. SCAMMERS!

AVA P60 Master Pressure Washer ordered June 30th, delivered July 6th. After reading earlier reviews I was worried so engaged in communication with Garstore, the said it would be delivered 6th or 7th July and it duly was. Cannot be happier with price and delivery times.

FAKE REVIEWS!!!! This clearly shows that this site is not legit. Be warned, stay away from this store. It’s been more than a month and my delivery has not been shipped. WATCH OUT!!!!

watch out for fake reviews next day delivery from china. Garstore doesn't even have a store in the uk it only has a po box address there is about 50 company's registered at that Address do not buy from these been waiting over a month for my BBQ you can't contact them. look at some of the review lot's of woman buying power tools really.They have a instagram page I asked where my BBq then they blocked me from it do not buy from garstore your been warned

I placed an order with Garstore a couple of weeks ago. I received an email stating they were expecting delivery of my order and then would ship from their premises. I was told to expect delivery between 8-12 working days. I have now been given shipping details from China. The item ordered is extremely heavy so would be shipped by sea. This takes weeks and weeks from China. I have asked for a refund. I will update on here when I receive my refund to give future buyers reassurance that the company will issue refunds if requested. We shall see.

Ordered BBQ on 7th June - still not received. They have advised goods have been shipped - but get delivered to them first for checking????…… Contacted again today to be told will delivered to them tomorrow & delivered to me by end of week….. not holding my breath! Can see I’ll be asking fir a refund! Very misleading delivery time on website. Would def not order from them again!!!

Placed an order for BBQ their website said up to 8 working days for delivery. Over 1 month later and several emails they cannot tell me when it will be delivered. Cancelled my order today and they have told me up to 10 working days for refund - misleading advertising, I bet I don't get my money within that timescale either. Shocking

The CS contacted me and refunded the item promptly as I requested. So now no more issues. ----------------------------------------------- The item was ordered 5 days ago and I was thinking I'd use it on the coming weekend. There has been no sign of it being shipped. Contacted the CS, but they do not answer their phone line. Not sure if this company is legit. I am trying to get a refund if they do respond.

I ordered a Petrol Lawnmower on 6th June. A handheld rechargeable strimmer turned up on 25th June. I've emailed, and requested a return. Had no contact from them at all. Avoid at all costs!!
