This is a scam site. I ordered a Makita saw for £110. Has never arrived. Emailed Gartore who keep telling me the money will be refunded, but it has never been returned. Their phone number doesn’t exist. Stay away from this website. You will loose your money.

this is a no-star review but doesn't allow the option. all garstore reviewers have only written one review, surprise surprise, about garstore. was promised an eight-day turnaround, now receiving the same emails as everyone else. supposed to be a bosch mower. why would it come from china? a serious scam site will be looking for a refund from the bank. bang bang garstore

Received exactly the same sequence of emails as Mark C. in his review , think I have said goodbye to my money . Definite SCAM avoid or it will cost you .

DO NOT DEAL with GARSTORE or KLARNA !!!! Ordered a Weber bbq (nearly £900 but only saving £50 over competition) and waited and waited. Communication from them (GARSTORE) very responsive so no complaints there but always on its way with hold ups as excuse. What makes this a consolation is I chose to purchase with Klarna over 3 months ! Paid first month with no bbq still and just before 2nd payment due had been promised a 6th delivery date and never arrived so cancelled 2nd payment just in time. (£247) however Klarna have been just as bad as they won’t give my money back as they have not been paid by Garstore. Klarna out order as the contract is between Klarna and me. Have warned them they need to carry out Due Diligence with them as reviews on Garstore confirm they are scammers !!! Summer now over, still no bbq and no money back after 3 months. Back to reliable and tasty coals bbq. Mike

Steer well clear of this company! Firstly, notice in their early reviews they tried to blag their way out of poor reviews, they soon stopped as ALL the complaints are pretty much identical! Clearpay don’t want to know and continue taking payments regardless of complaints! I did due diligence including here but they said newstart and it was jealous competitors, plus they are supported by Clearpay (try getting in touch with then in a hurry) so made purchase for pressure washer! The excuses I have had since (6 weeks) range from We were inundated with orders to items stuck in customs (all already reported on here) always when contacted they respond with it is Friday or Monday delivery latest! Examples in Order, if this doesn’t pique your suspicion nothing will, the english is universally ropey so suspect pre-populated excuses! 1. Please note that the order will be dispatched by this week now and you will be receiving it within next week only. The reason for such delay is that we have received loads of orders in the past and we are trying to fulfill every order. 2. The orders have been released and will be assigned to the delivery partners today. Please expect the delivery by end of this week or latest by early next week positively. Yes, we have to write to reviews and cannot leave it just like that. 3. Greetings of the day! First of all we apologize for the trouble and delay caused to you. The orders are already in transit and due to some issue they are stuck with customs we are trying to sort the issue and as many of orders are held due to this. 4. Hope you are doing well! The status of your order has been changed to shipped which means the orders is in transit to us already. It will be delivered to us first and we will check to make sure that the order is completely sealed and not damaged during the transit. It is a basic security check we do all our orders. It will then further be delivered to your address. Please expect your order by end of this week or early next week only. Please wait for the delivery partners to get in touch with you once the orders are handed to them after we have done our security check. I kept challenging and then got email ‘shipped’, great I thought, 5 days later no tracking number so contacted again to be told ‘shipped’ means on the way to them for checking and quality control hence why no tracking number with usual delivery Friday or Monday! I cancelled the order and low and behold, radio silence! I have contacted Police, FSA (Clearpay) and Trading Standards. People, trust me, this is an elaborate scam, the positives on here are bull and Clearpay are complicit in working with a company such as this! You have been warned..!! I am no competitor guys!

I seriously regret not reading reviews for this company sooner. I ordered a pressure washer. Four weeks later, the 'gun' was delivered wrapped in bubble wrap and black plastic, not in original packaging. The pressure washer itself is nowhere to be seen. The courier, Cainaio, says it's delivered and that's the end of things. Can't contact them. Dodgy third party tracking app here as well. There's been no correspondence since my complaint about the partial delivery and I've raised a dispute with my bank to reclaim the money. Just pay the extra and buy goods from trusted companies!

You won't get a refund. Phishing attacks will become more frequent. None of the finance/payment services will help you. Cancel or dispute your payments. Report to Trading Standards ASAP. My condolences to the big spenders.
