I have used them for 14 years but not after today. The new app us useless. Nowhere tells you how to load in your photos to start. The glossy “help” videos are just some stoned woman dreamily staring at completed books. I bought two credits to make booksfollowing a family holiday, which now looks wasted money, nopoint asking for help, closed at the weekend. When DO you think people have time to do this stuff? Why, WEEKENDS OF COURSE! Will look for an alternative

Lovely to see all of our holiday memories in a book. AI will arrange but good to be able to edit and swap pics. Absolutely delighted with the books. Just ordered a book for a friends 65th and delighted. A swap tool could be useful as struggled a little to swap a couple of pictures in order. Edit tool good so you can move photo around. We had couple blank pages at the end of book which had i realised would have included couple more pics so if a way this could be more obvious would be useful. We have had several books now and will continue to get them for our special memories. Thank you
