Really pleased with the end results of my 2 books. Quality of the whole product excellent. Delivery arrived on the date and time advised. Will definitely use Photobox again. Only negative if you require any help, the robot cant answer your query, best to send a direct email much quicker.

Really frustrating that can’t use albums already created when putting together books. Means at least double the time ….. used to be able to do doubly frustrating

Although we are happy with the photo book that we received, we were very unhappy with the way the offer was advertised. We were very disappointed as your advert offer was misleading, as there was no mention of you having to purchase anything else to actually get the offer, until you scroll down the page under all the different offers to read the terms and conditions. We wonder how many other customers fell foul to this misleading advert and advise ALL future customers to scroll down the page and read ALL Terms and Conditions very carefully.

Very easy to use software to create book and the book itself is, as always, excellent, quality is excellent and we love making them.

I made an A5 soft cover book using the new software and the quality was excellent. However, I didn’t find the programme as easy to use as the old one. I used the programme on my own computer, but it would be useful if the same product could also be worked on the Photobox website as well. At the moment this is not possible. I am disappointed that the 70% offer with two months to complete is only applicable to the large books.

Process of transferring photos works well and good layout options. Having to reset font every time is a negative.
