I used Photobox years ago to create Photobooks however, I had to stop using them as their software could not be used on an Ipad, which is ridiculous. I have since used Bonusprint which has been great and very user friendly. I was dismayed to find out this week that Photobox has bought Bonusprint and I am back to square one. Three telephone calls to customer service and a few emails later to discover that you need an actual laptop to create your own photobook. Most people use Ipads / tablets these days and I don't have access to a desk top. Surely Photobox should cater for everyone. Very discriminatory. Very poor show and won't recommend to anyone. At least advertise the fact that you aren't catering for the majority to save me and others wasting hours of our time.

I was new to online photo books but once I’d learnt the process for putting the book together, I really got into the swing of it. It was a retirement present for our art teacher featuring class members and our paintings. We paid the small extra charge for glossy pages and were delighted with the quality. We are now putting in a bulk order for 13 copies for class members to have their own book and we were given a great discount and free shipping. It has been a roaring success, thank you!

Great end product. First time user, and did find the software a bit fiddly. But got the hang of it after a while. The end result was high quality.
