I find the mobile app tricky to navigate

We have used Photobox for all sorts of items but more recently they have been producing coffee table books of our holidays and canvases of photo taken. The software is flexible so you can design books the way you want them and change the layout etc as you go along. Once completed the order process is easy and delivery is made in a timely fashion. The most recent order was for a canvas from a photo taken on a Samsung phone. The clarity, colours and finished article is absolutely stunning. We will continue using them for as long as we are travelling.

Delivery was ;omger than normal with fewer notifications

I found it quite hard to start and compose the photobook. Choosing the right book that matched my voucher purchase. Having to use the online composition service rather than the download because my MacBook seemed to be a wrong iOS. Fortunately I was able to resolve these problems with the help of the chat facility and ability to speak to a person. After that it was plain sailing and fun. The final product was fantastic. One feature I would suggest developing would be the ability to copy a page and paste it into a new page elsewhere in the photobook.

Easy to use editor/album compiler, loads of creative options for layout design as well as for photos. Very good production quality - a great way to create memory books of any event for oneself or as gifts.

Really easy to upload pictures and order. Great communication re delivery and also speedy delivery.

Love Photobox, as the quality of the photo books are superb. There always seems to be an offer on too! Easy to use technology. I will definitely use again.

I am a long standing customer of Photobox and have always been completely satisfied with the service. I prefer to use the editing facilities on PC and not just use photos from an iPhone. I take photos with DSLR so I hope these facilities will persist.
