When l did my original book wrong, l phoned them and they could not have been more helpful. As a beginner at making a photo book l could not have done this without their expert help.my finished book is beautiful.

I have now purchased several lots of frig magnets (with family photos) I am very impressed with the quality of my photos and product and can highly recommend this company. Easy to place the order on line, and delivery time was within a few days of the order. Costs, well we all wish for things to be cheaper, but I personally feel the product is worth the money

Terrible customer service. I paid for express delivery so that my order would be delivered in time for a birthday gift. The order did not arrive on time (meaning I could not give the gift). When I wrote to customer services they said I could not be refunded. I explained that I have been a loyal customer and that I have ordered from them in the past, however, no compensation / refund was issued. Express delivery should not be an option at an extra charge if the item won't arrive on time.

I've used Photobox for years and not had any problems, they have been my go to photo printing company! But the new website update has been terrible. It's been going on for almost 12 months now and it's still not right (there's notes that pop up to tell you there are problems and to bear with them...) I have albums on there that I want to print but I can't, I have to manually add them all again when I go through to the 'photo printing' section. It's just so inconvenient and the album section is pointless. As a huge company, surely a website update shouldn't take so long? After all this time I'll be going somewhere else because I'm not willing to wait anymore.

Very pleased with my first Photobox book, especially the colours, paper quality and lie-flat option.
