Used dozens of times. Great product

The Aluminum I ordered has a scratch on, so I spoke with a very helpful lady at Photobox who apologised and said she would arrange for a replacement to be sent out. I received this with in days still in time for my husbands birthday present. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received and of course the picture quality is 100% as always.

The quality of the album was good but it appears that since previous albums I could not longer connect direct to my Google Photos which made the process of getting the photos to populate the album difficult

I have used this company multiple times now to create photobooks, previously called bonusprint and albelli before this. Quality has always been excellent and my favourite part is the ability to edit them pretty freely on the editor to look how you want them to look. My most recent order was a photobook of my wedding and I ordered the XL, really pleased with how it looks and I have now ordered 2 copies in medium for my mum and mother in law, look forward to seeing these!

At a very fair promo price, we ordered two copies of a 20-page small photo booklet. We added only one word to the booklet - a title on the front page. Unfortunately, despite the very accurate-looking preview, this title was printed too close to the edge. Phoned them, spoke for ages, and they agreed to print it again and check it before posting. However, two identical copies came. Contacted them again, and they made us re-edit the title to a "safer" place, and tried to charge postage. Contacted them yet again, and they agreed to send the booklets again without cost. Given that the main thing this company does is re-present other people’s photos, it would be nice if the previews could show an _accurate_ version of the final product. At the very least, use AI to warn of any issues...? In the end, we got a good quality product at a reasonable price.

I made and ordered 2 copies of a photobook, using credits to make use of an offer, but was astonished to have to pay 2 postage fees despite the 2 books coming to the same address; how stupid is that? But it's fairly easy to load up pics and create a book using the on-line tool. I'll use them again, as the quality is great.

Website was very easy to use, creating a photo book over 4 days everything saved fine. Plenty of offers all the time so why not have lower prices without needing offer codes? Book delivered day earlier than expected, very good quality 🙂
