Lovely, good quality canvas print for granddaughter's bedroom. (A replacement for a poorly printed one from another company!!) Arrived within 5 days. Will always use, and recommend Photo box in the future.

I ordered a photo jigsaw puzzle for a friend. It was dispatch and delivered within the time frame. The quality was amazing and my friend was delighted with it.

My A3 album arrived damaged. The packaging is totally inadequate. They did agree to send me a replacement, no quibble. Arrived worse than the first! I never had any problems before they merged with Bounsprint. Who I used successfully for years.

Since their move to a new platform last year, the range of products available and usability of the website and app has got worse. If they still do the product you’re looking for then the quality is still good.

Ordered poster print 70 x 50. Paper quality excellent but poster was creased on packing as box wasnt damaged on delivery. Emailed customer contact but no acknowledgement or response at all. For this reason I wouldn't use again

Do not order. Ordered in plenty of time for a gift and paid extra for quick delivery however they never arrived. Tried contacting customer service to find tracking info but they said they can’t track once it’s left them and just to wait for delivery to turn up. Ruined what was meant to be a special present for someone.

Easy to design product.

What a brilliant site this was up until this horrendous change last year. Used to recommend to everyone over the last ten years. Used this since 2015 for xmas, birthday, and one-off gifts which everyone loved. Last year they revamped the site. Changed so many of their designs and worst of all the whole interface of the site. Now it's recommended to download a Photobox tool onto your computer for the bigger projects... All my previous designs (which I did save before the change) now exists as worthless PDFs on a folder on my computer. I can't re-order any of them ever again if I wanted to. After 10 years, I'm sad to say I won't be using Photobox anymore.

Ordered an expensive photo book on 31 January and was given 14th February as delivery date. Never arrived, checked with tracking and it was only shipped on 14th February from Netherlands!! Not a UK based company as advertised!! No further information was given! Thankfully I used PayPal and was able to get a refund!

Been using photobox for years and then not too long ago they’ve changed everything up. I used to make my books on my phone as I travel a lot and all my pictures are on my iPhone. Recently I’ve logged in to continue making my albums and it’s missing! All my yearly progress that I’ve been working on since May 2024 is GONE! Not only it’s gone, they completely changed the features. You can’t do shit on your phone anymore you have to download some editor app on the laptop and do it from there. Ridiculous! I’m so pissed off with this company that I can’t even be bothered to write anything anymore. I deleted photobox app and switched to Popsa, they’re great and easy to use. I suggest everyone to do so.
