The product was impressive

Good service, good quality but twice the price of Bonus-print who I was transferred from. Whilst I was pleased that none of my projects were lost in the transfer I was disappointed at the new prices. Even 50% off deals mean books are £40 more than Bonus-print were :(

Great product. Had to contact customer services re a delivery issues. Fantastic service dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend them.

I really like the products as they are well made and good quality but the new system is not so easy to negotiate and not user friendly.

I have been meaning to ‘do’ photo books for years and if I have ever made a start with other company I always gave up - it was technically too difficult. (I’m not terribly technically savvy). Thought that I would give Photo Box a go. In the past I had managed a photo books for but had to use a desk computer and with my android phone it was clunky and difficult. But now I can use the iPad to create it all seemed much easier.

The style, the offers and the good postal service.

Photobox changed the Design tool making it harder to complete the book e.g. no interchange between uploaded option and web option meaning that you can't easily do the upload and then design the book whilst you are away. Support staff not sufficiently trained.

Straightforward to use once I had overcome some initial problems even though I had used the company a couple of years ago. It would be good to have a fuller explanation about changing the layout of pages & reiterating that you can have a different number of photographs on each page other than the layout shown.

Would give zero stars if I could - absolutely abysmal customer service every time I contact them. Don’t bother paying their extortionate charges for fast delivery because your order won’t arrive on time and when you politely ask for the delivery cost back for the massive inconvenience, they condescendingly tell you that in the t&c’s it states it can be 5 days late if they fancy it and you can’t get a refund! They would rather lose customers than do the right thing. They sent a previous order late in December too and I gave them a second chance and they’ve failed. I shan’t be ordering from them again. And I shan’t be reading any replies from Photobox on here, so please save your time writing comments back to me, thanks.

Love using photo box as it's simple and reliable , plus good quality. However...the new system has me a bit confused when trying to place photos on canvas as it doesn't show you a cut off or where the trim will be so I misjudged a few canvas prints I did for my sister. They are usable but not my best.
