I had a great experience with MCAN. I travelled to Istanbul this January for my 2nd hair transplant procedure. I was treated very well from the moment I enquired about the procedure, to the moment I was taken back to the airport for my flight home. Everyone was very warm, and welcoming, they helped me to understand every step of the way. Firstly, I was met at the airport and quickly taken to a 4-star hotel, which was amazing. The same evening I was contacted by my customer liason nurse, Nurse Tugba, she let me know that they were sending a car for me the next morning. The morning of the procedure, I was met by nurse Tugba outside of the hotel and she escorted me to the clinic. The clinic itself was extremely clean and co-ordicated. I was then met with some more members of the Mcan team who were friendly and reassuring. The doctor spoke to me about my desired treatment and asked me exactly what I wanted, and what I hoped to achieve. After around 30 mins of consultation and discussion we went into the operating room to begin the procedure. Again, everyone was very nice, calming and reassuring. The procedure was smooth and painless, and lasted around 6 hours (but felt a lot shorter.) I was then given some sleeping instructions and taken back to my hotel to rest. The next morning I was returned to the clinic for a check-up, the team were very happy with the result/healing, and so was I. After a successful debrief, and soke kind farewells, I was then taken back to the airport for my flight home. Overall, it was a very smooth and comfortable experience. Choosing MCAN was the right decision.

Clear communication from the start - answered all my questions pre booking - followed through everything as promised from booking onwards. Completed hair transplant following day after arrival in Istanbul - friendly and professional staff - the procedure was a full day and aftercare has been very good, including help and guidance. The pricing of the package (transfers in Turkey - hotel - hair transplant - after care products) was good and competitive. My experience was just before Christmas 2023. I travelled from the UK and am constantly asking questions, which are being answered and I would recommend MCAN.

I had my hair transplanted by the mcan clinic last December. This matter as well as transfer, hotel, treatment and follow-up treatment are completely organized by the experts at the mcan clinic. I am very satisfied with the care and the whole process and I can confidently recommend this clinic. my supervisor Tugba and the whole team were at a professional level. I'm excited to see the final results after a year and thank you for everything.

Initially I was not sure to go ahead with my hair transplant as I searched online a lot but once the decision was made and I met MCAN team it was amazing from there onwards, all doctors and team are very professional specially Saba who explained everything in detail and was very very helpful, she has been answering all questions and helping after the transplant was done, I had no issues and can see my hair growing and am very happy with the results, highly recommend MCAN.

Fantastic experience and great service, no hidden charges, around half the price of the UK and you get to see Istanbul. They have good clean facilities and they all speak very good English. They look after you every step of the way with Transfers to and from the Airport to the Hotel and Clinic all arranged with friendly helpful drivers. The after care has been excellent too, with daily contact sending over pictures to monitor my healing process with advice for any concerns. 5 stars couldn’t find fault, definitely recommend.

Had an emergency need for dental care and MCAN Health was there to give me an immediate quote, and take care of me. We easily found a good date for me. I previously was met with great service for my hair transplant and Elif (supervisor) was again absolutely wonderful, professional and very helpful in explaining everything. My dentist Dr. Elif C. was also very informative, professional, helpful and sweet during what was a nerve wracking procedure for me. She took care of me and provided excellent dental care. Both Elifs went above and beyond in my care. Great service, great work, cannot recommend MCAN enough! Thank you Elif & Dr. Elif and everyone else at MCAN!

Great service throughout, speaking to Tuğba to book the procedure and throughout she has been so helpful answering all questions and also with the aftercare when I arrived home, I was nervious about it all but when I arrived the staff was so good and made me feel at ease, Cansu was my consultant, very efficient and friendly, the whole package was great, being picked up from the airport and to and from the hotel, I would highly recommend this company to anyone

From the day I requested a quote of MCAN health the customer service was second to none ! Gave me the best quote I received of multiple company’s and I just knew I had to choose this company. When arriving in Turkey I was met by my driver for a smooth and friendly transfer to my hotel which was an amazing hotel in a good location in the city. The day of my hair transplant I was picked up from my hotel by the lovely Saba in the morning and taken to the clinic. The clinic was very clean and all the staff was welcoming. The doctors and nurses were very attentive and made me feel at ease throughout my surgery. My hair transplant was pain free and I would highly recommend this surgery and if I ever need anything else doing I will definitely be coming back to MCAN!!! Shoutout to Omer my driver who was amazing and also to the amazing Saba who has been there from start to the finish and even now whilst I’m recovering at home in UK she is still contacting me to see how my hair is developing and here to answer any questions that I have! It’s now day 9 and I am already seeing results with little hairs coming through in my transplanted area and my donor area has healed up nicely.
