From my initial comms to my departure, everything was well organised and the team were super friendly. Though I wasn’t able to get the BBL surgery I booked in for (I was a complicated case), I am happy with my results. The clinical care was excellent, clean facilities, fantastic pain management and onsite nursing team. Not everything was 100% perfect with the intricacies of the process for example, you should be able to pick an Airbnb instead of the partner hotels, and the nurse still come to visit you daily as this is cheaper; and, patients would benefit from a print of of aftercare instructions as we all learn differently and not everyone can remember by listening to instructions. Despite this, overall, I cannot fault the passion, dedication and support of the team from the drivers to the clinical staff. Special shout out to Nur, Hilal and Dr Serhat Dündar.

Je suis à 10 jours post greffe de cheveux et tout c est bien déroulé du début à la fin de l hôtel les chauffeurs ainsi que toute l équipe médical un gros merci en particulier à Hassan qui a fait la traduction et avec qui je reste en contact même au Canada à mon retour ainsi que l infirmière qui c est occupé de moi Buse d une gentillesse incroyable et je dois attendre quelques mois pour voir les résultats final de ma greffe mais je reste confiant on se revoit l an prochain pour finir l arrière de ma tête :)

Hace una año que hice mi transplante capilar con Mcan y verdaderamente resultó ser un éxito. Estoy muy contento con el resultado, el número de injertos fue bueno y a día de hoy tengo una buena mata de pelo, cosa que estaba casi sin ninguno y el resultado del antes y después es increíble. Si alguien se está pensando hacérselo mi experienci y recomendación es que si lo haga, no habría elegido mejor clínica. Al principio tenía mis dudas, yo soy de España, pero como digo, no me arrepiento para nada, de hecho volvería a hacerlo con ellos

E ido hace unos 15 días a hacerme liposucción vaser para lipedema en piernas, aumento de pecho con implantes y reconstrucción de abdominoplastia. El trato de todo el equipo de Mcan a sido inmejorable, estoy encantada y estoy segura de que repetiré.

Well I head some good and some bad exercises at mcan health the good thing was tow mcan health nurse 2 girls was excellent. There nem is Saba and Buse very good 😊. The bad side was most important things was my Dr she looks like she didn't care about her patient she was talking all the time with her nurse and friend her on language all day in my ear.

I paid you guys for DHI surgery but without my consent and knowledge a simple FUE was performed very unfair and disgusting. The doctor should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to me

I had the hair transplant done DR YASHIR was very good in drawing the hair line for me and assured me that it wont look fake/bad infact now after the surgery and after the swelling went down the hairline looks natural the crown of head was been touched up nicely with grafts altogether ME YASHIR took 4500 grafts and placed them nicely on my head.The airport pickup service was just ok as the driver was driving’ the car recklessly and he was on his phone it was snowing that day as well but the driver who came to pick me up from the hotel his name was OMAR he was very polite and professional the driver was on time the briefing post op was in depth and all of my questions were answered politely and Tauba interpreted everything very well if anyone is getting the transplant done ask for DR YASHIR he was very friendly and professional throughout the process DR saba was in contact with me via whatsapp she was answering my questions and she was messaging me regularly to ask about my progress. In total i went to the clinic 4 times and they never hesitated to send the driver airport drop off was smooth as well I think the money i paid i got a good service equal to that. Lets wait for the result now and hopefully i will regain my confidence Once again thanks team MCAN

Went for a hairtransplant and the whole process has been great. Good service from you arrive, all questions answered quickly and the same after coming home. I can only recommend MCAN health.
