Questions answered & any teething problems resolved. Very helpful & understanding staff. Just acquired alarm & seems to be working well. Good idea to note SureSafe emergency number incase of weak signal. Also, need to ask about fall detection, whether this can be tested & what is the best setting for my particular situation. Feel relieved & more safe as I spend a lot of time alone. Wearing the alarm on the wrist is more convenient that having a mobile phone to hand should an emergency arise with little or no alert time. The family & friends app is optional that I prefer ie you can still use the alarm & get help without having this feature. Thank you SureSafe for proving peace of mind.

In the beginning I had a problem with the watch being uncomfortable. They immediately changed it to a pendant and I am now very pleased. The lady on the phone was so helpful and very pleasant. The pendant arrived very quickly with a postage pre paid envelope to return the watch. 😊
