These reviews have to be fake. This place is a scam. I own a successful business (7+ figures) and hired these guys. They did not file anything in the year I was there. The accountants didn't ever respond back, and I never got any of the services that I paid for (sales taxes) Lesson I learned. Get a local accountant, need someone who genuinely wants you to succeed and someone you can hold accountable.

Jordan really took his time to make sure I understood how they operate and what they can do for me and my business. Very detailed worker and also helped me get started even with my situation!

He was good at explaining information

The 30-minute call they scheduled is a good starting point to discuss my needs, but it feels a bit generic so far. I’m hopeful that once we get into the details, they’ll deliver on their promises. For now, I’d recommend them to other small business owners, but only after clarifying all fees and ensuring you understand exactly what you’re signing up for.

Terrible. I'm a full time realtor and own my own business. I basically ended up doing my own taxes and being penalized for late fees because of bad advice. Any time I got to even chat with my tax advisor she had no idea of what we were doing or trying to do. On top of that she was constantly telling me that we had to hurry up because she had another appointment. Longest meeting was 10 mins. Do not waste your money. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I ended up paying more in taxes than I ever have...

I've used 800Accountant for two of my businesses now. Since 2007 I believe. I love how they are structured, how beyond tax prep there is advisor services you can add on etc. But from time to time the wheels come off and execution simply isn't there. This happened once before and it wasn't until I filed a complaint with Trustpilot that they jumped on it to resolve it. So here we go again. 800 filed my business taxes. In Nov I submitted by personal information. We have gone back and fourth them asking basically the same questions over and over, with reference to my business tax return (which they prepared, the answers they should have) and keeping my file on suspense with we are waiting on you to upload more information. I have called, emailed everyone on my team. Even scheduled a call with my "new" advisor (yeah, turn over is an issue here). The purpose of the call and the emails anticipating the call was to discuss the stalled tax return. He shows up unaware, unprepared. So my apologies, here is a bad review, which i will be more than happy to update with better information once 800 does the right thing.

Tiffany Burns is wonderful. She made us feel valued right from the beginning. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. Thanks to her we really understand the value of becoming a member of the 1-800Accountant family, but we were sold by her excellent treatment of us. Can't wait to get started.
