This is as bad as it gets- After taking a six thousand dollar payments they told me that there was a 4 week wait to meet an accountant When we asked for a refund I received a call from a shady woman who did not confirm she was a cpa abs did not confirm she could provide the services provided on the sales call. We asked for a refund . They then claimed that they had completed by tax return ( we uploaded some files ) . It was not usable becuase they did not ask any questions about nexus . I never met the person who did the return and still don't know who did it . I had not authorized anyone to complete the return . We asked to listen to the sales call as we felt that this has to be illegal . They changed their number . They did not confirm they could offer the services promised on the sales call , did not issue a refund abs changed their number . I feel this behavior is unethical and fraudulent of not illegal . They also charged a third payment on my card without my authorization .

Ryan was very friendly and kind. He answered any question I had and was very patient. Ryan was genuinely interested in helping me build my business and he was very informative

Their pricing model is astronomical, charging excessively for product that arent wanted or needed. For a local cpa, it is 500 for a personal return with a schedule C, and 650 for a business return. Thats 1250 for everything and you would not budge from 4k. I tried to negotiate and get the pricing to work and I was willing to go higher, up to 3k, which is more than double but you wouldnt move off of 4k which is triple.

He did such a great job, I wish I got his name. I only had 30 mins to talk and he did a great job in being concise yet thorough. He gave me some good insight on what I could be deducting for taxes in my business and ensured me that choosing this company would add so much value to my business concerns.
