I ordered Lebert Equalizer dip bars from Stronger Wellness, and the initial communication and emails were excellent. However, a few days later, the courier accidentally mixed up my order with an order for Y-bells. Faye from the Stronger Wellness Customer Service Team was outstanding in handling this issue. She promptly communicated the mix-up via email, arrange for the collection of the Y-bells , and ensured the immediate redelivery of the dip bars. Faye monitored the courier's progress and kept me regularly updated via email, making me feel reassured and in safe hands. Thanks to Faye's professional and courteous customer service, I can wholeheartedly recommend Stronger Wellness and will continue using them for my sports equipment going forwards.

I've bought Y-Bells from Stronger Wellness multiple times (4 separate purchases). YBell are a brilliant combination of dumbells and kettlebells, very practical. The ordering process was smooth every time, delivery was prompt as promised. If I need to buy more kit for home workouts Stronger Wellness is the first place I'll look. Recommend.

I have bought 3 yoga mats over the last few years from Stronger Wellness and my experience (of the yoga mats, and the customer service) has been great!

Ordered Monday and paid for 2-4 business days delivery. Had to chase on day 3, as I hadn’t received a dispatch e-mail where it was then marked as dispatched. This is a birthday present, and I had to present a print out of what they will eventually be receiving!

Avoid buying from this company, the alert on the Trustpilot homepage says it all really about the company by misleading people and not playing by Trustpilot rules!! My issue was that because I questioned the cost of very average shipping and why the company couldn't fulfil their promise of delivery 'between 2-4 business days' and lies from staff my order was cancelled the day before it was 'scheduled' to be delivered which was 5 days after the initial order. To avoid disappointment look elsewere as this company is very unprofessional follow Trustpilot advice...

I bought a bar and weights for my daughter for Christmas. Quality is good. We had a small issue that the spring locking clips didn't fit over the bar ends and customer service were very responsive and quickly sent out replacements of a different design. I'm impressed with the level of service. Thank you.
