I regularly use Racingbreaks and they continue to excel with their service. We booked to go to Cheltenham through them and stayed in the Hunters Lodges at Celtic Manor which are superb. Pure luxury and add a great amount to a fantastic week. The service Racingbreaks provide is great and they continue to make sure the whole trip runs smoothly. Will be another repeat customer!

Well Guys and Girls, this was my first Festival on my own in over 30 years after losing my business partner and other racing fanatic to the dreaded covid, as a member, all I needed was Accomodation and transfers. I stayed at the Central Novotel Bristol, and was more than pleased with my Accomodation, all the amenities where clean, working and in good order, my bed and room where comfortable and very adequate for the price I paid. My only feedback would be that the bar stayed open till midnight, as it closed at 11pm and most nights we did not get back until 9.o.clock, etc. My overall experience of Racing Breaks was nothing but superb in their organisation, planning, and their attention to detail. The staff where great ambassadors for their company , knowledgeable, and emphatic when dealing with questions, etc. I wish to wholeheartedly thank you for my experience, given I was alone this year, I had certain trepidation, but I have made friends for life, young and old, some of whom will be joining me next month at Punchestown.... Once again thank you and God willing we will all be together again next March, to enjoy what is the greatest 4 days racing in the world........George Holden.

Only disappointment was not receiving tickets before travelling down on Monday. Would suggest that all correspondence should be tickets to arrive before this day rather than week before festival begins as it would be easier for customers enquires as well. Apart from that I was completely satisfied with everything else and would recommend it to everyone

Edit as I finally got a full refund, because I emailed them daily as I found the fact they had a full refund from the jockey club in 2020 and chose to hold the money till we could go to the national a joke! They have contacted trustpilot to check I was a customer which I was. Please! Please do not book anything through this company, I booked tickets for Aintree before covid, I was offered a refund which was swiftly retracted with an offer to hold my tickets. I have emailed them for weeks now asking when I will receive my tickets, I had emails back with a number or reasons from we are waiting for them to come into the office, oh they will be out the end of February to now oh the end of march. So today I contacted the jockey club direct this was their responce " morning Tracey, All Racing Breaks orders were cancelled and refunded in full back in April 2020 when we had to cancel the Grand National due to Covid. Racing Breaks should have been in touch to reimburse you the full amount of your order as all bookings were cancelled and refunded in full back to them. I’m sorry to have to inform you of this news, but you will need to contact them in order to get your refund you are rightly owed." My emails are now not being answered, my tickets where £180 so I am not going to let this rest, they had a full refund and chose to withhold the money so as far as I'm concerned this is a criminal act and I will be seeking legal advice and contacting Atol as they state they are atol protected. So please look around for other places to buy from, I know there is some good reviews on here but the bad ones speak louder than the good.

Still waiting on my refund from last years Cheltenham Festival. Wouldnt recommend booking with them at all. Terrible customer service. They don't reply to emails or answer phone calls

Avoid avoid avoid After being promised a refund over 6 months ago for a trip to ascot that we were unable to attend due to covid, I have just been refunded by my credit card company under section 75. Racing breaks ignored my emails, even after by card provider raised the section 75 and contacted them they still did not refund my money. Luckily my credit card company refunded me the £698. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.
