I booked with Racing Breaks for the Grand York Ebor Experience ( booking reference 402138 ) and everything was as the promotion stated. So why the low rating , basically very slow to reply to emails if not at all , and no urgency to call me back after a couple of requests to do so. Seven days prior to the event I wasn't sure I would be receiving any tickets due to their lack of response. Finally , I still haven't had any rewards4racing points credited to my account having requested on a couple of occassions.

I found dealing with racingbreaks a pleasure all the info was provided in good time hotel was very good. Enjoyed being back on course racing at Goodwood. That only small negative was the mini bus used as this was very dirty inside.

Had a great trip to goodwood, everything was looked after from start to finish. Definitely rebooking

The team at Racing Breaks were phenomenal…. The communication and attention to detail leading up to Goodwood was superb. The care given to looking after my elderly parents was first class. Super impressed. Thank you for making their anniversary special

Ok This is an update on a previous review. All issues now sorted indeed another trip booked for York. Service was brilliant and full explanation given for the previous situation accepted and understood. Based on the latest experience I would in fact recommend racing breaks as a company and I am looking forward to booking more trips with them

excellent service and great value with hotel, tickets and transfer better than the booking the hotel on its own directly - just need the weather for Glorious Goodwood and a few winners...
