I recently had a small issue with my order from Bath & Unwind, but Taylor from their customer service team went above and beyond to make things right. When I reached out about my delayed shipment, Taylor quickly identified the problem, offered a refund for the out-of-stock item, and even upgraded my shipping to ensure that my remaining products arrived by the time they were needed. Throughout our email exchange, Taylor was prompt, professional, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. I ordered and paid for beat the blues room spray on ovember18th 33£ where is my order or can I have a refund as it was a gift and it is ti late you are a bad company you sent me an e mail and then rejected my reply

Lost package

I placed an order, and correctly submitted my address for international delivery. After more than 16 business days I contacted them to advise that I did not receive my order. Their response is to wait indefinitely and once or if they receive the order back they will decide on what to do next!! No offer of refund, no offer to provide me with a tracking number (apparently they just send packages with the cheapest option of international post), no offer to send a new package with a tracking number ( I even offered to pay for express shipping). I have to now wait indefinitely until they receive the package back, for them to decide what they want to do next. I paid for the order, so they will happily take my money and not even try to give me solution. Very poor customer service, never using them again

Poor first impression

I placed an order on the 1st December and paid extra for express delivery as I needed one of the items for a friend’s birthday. 6 days on, I have not received my order and have been left very disappointed as I was not able to give my friend her present on her birthday. I will not be ordering from this company again.
