Ordering process to delivery time excellent.

Unfortunately, while I was really looking forward to receiving my product, it did not arrive and while I tried multiple times to contact customer service, not a single reply was given. I just want a refund so I can order the product elsewhere! EDIT: Bath&Unwind has responded and I hope the order is resolved soon.

Another company with NO customer service - no phone number, no instant chat. So if you want to return something you have to email them and then wait days for a reply. I received something that had expired so they are selling old stock
