Only came across this site by chance as I’d been looking for polaar skin care products ! It was fast delivery and so many great products to choose from! I highly recommend!

Easy to order & prompt delivery to the door

Unfortunately for Bath and Unwind, their parcel delivery company, Yodel, let them down and my parcel was taken from my back gate. They dealt with it quickly and efficiently and I now have a replacement item. Thank you to all that helped. I would definitely buy from them again and the item I bought has now been given to my Daughter for her Birthday. Thanks again 😃

Great products, good price and easy to navigate site. But I paid for express delivery (1-2 days) and my parcel took 4 days to arrive. Customer service were very nice but no refund was offered, though may have been had I pursued it. Think express delivery shouldn't be offered maybe at busy times.
