Terrible, Awful experience. I booked a consultation and after having to tell the customer service staff 4 or 5 times the medication I was taking, they still kept on asking….. Slow and laborious process. Would not recommend

I've honestly had quite good experience with Releaf over the last 6 months, they've been quick to respond and the medication has been very high quality and I've had over 10 years of experience with this sort of thing. The only downfall has been their use of DPD for medication delivery as they unfortunately can not be trusted. However, they quickly switched back to using Royal mail when requested and I haven't had any issues since. I think it is important to communicate and reach out when encountering any issues, as the team really does try their best to resolve issues and do what they can to make up for any inconvenience.

I was skeptical about doing this but was encouraged by family who had heard a lot of good things about Releaf. The inital consultation was excellent and gave me confidence to go the next step and so far I have found a lot of pain relief and slept through the night. My only concern is the price and if I can afford it long term but it does work very well and that has helped physically and mentally.
