My experience with Releaf as a new patient has been excellent. Very good service so far, really quick at resolving issues and super supportive. 10/10 The website is very clear and easy to manage and the time from purchase to your door is very quick, only took 2 days for my meds to arrive. I’d definitely recommend Releaf to anyone Amazing service over all Highly recommend

Excellent service! Quality Product. From the get go Releaf we're amazing. Once my medical records were received I had my consultation the next day. The consultation was good, the doctor was very nice and explained everything in great detail. The conversation wasn't uncomfortable at all and all my questions were answered. I was written a prescription the same day as my consultation and within 3 days I received my first prescription via Royal Mail. The medication was high quality and I paid the RRP for the flower but did not get any oil this time around. I got two different types of flower, one grown in the UK the other grown in Canada. Both were amazing quality, the UK grown flower was a lot drier than the Canadian but both ultimately worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of it.

Great service from Tegan

I've been with Releaf for a few months and the experience has always been good. I recently had an issue with delivery (DPD not Releaf) and spoke with Tegan Brick, she was absolutely fabulous and i can not fault how the issue was dealt with. Great service from start to finish.

All in all a very good experience

After a bit of initial struggle with the identity verification, the rest of the process went extremely smoothly. The staff are very conscientious and supported me through the whole process. The website is well designed, the doctor I spoke to was understanding, and the shipping was excellent.

Professional service

Releaf emailed me a couple of days before my first consultation asking for further documents. I had given my consent for them to access my medical notes, which I assumed set out my position clearly, and was concerned that they might be creating unnecessary obstacles after taking payment. I rang their support line feeling pretty annoyed, but Tegan dealt with my query with empathy and charm; I was rather sceptical about all the good reviews that Releaf were getting on trustpilot, but they appear to be justified!
