The only issue I had was waiting a while for my prescription to be authorised.. I had my consultation and was made a prescription and had to send some extra documents. I sent the documents and waited around 2-3 weeks for the product to arrive. I must point out that when I contacted Releaf and made them aware, my consultant chased up my order and it was delivered within a few days.

A really poor experience. I chose Releaf as, despite their higher costs, I was assured I would receive excellent service. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. Releaf were incredibly quick to take money from me, but required days upon days of chasing to provide any information about my care. I was excluded from all conversations about my care and given no assurances that my medical records have been appropriately stored // disposed of // looked after properly. The whole process of dealing with Releaf felt a bit like an elaborate scam. Edit after Releaf reply. My complaint isn’t about not being given a prescription. It is about the incredibly poor and unprofessional service I received while engaging with Releaf. At no point, despite frequent requests, have I been given any assurances that my medical records are being cared for. I would really like to read their policy on record retention but I doubt such a thing exists. Releaf have approx, £350 of mine, and again despite their comment below, this has not been refunded or returned to me. And despite their claim below, no query has been responded to in 24hrs. Not the actions of a trustworthy health care provider. I shall be raising a complaint through ISCAS

Releaf finally offered the support I’d needed since recovering from a stroke aiding spasticity, help minimise spasms, and pain in my left arm which works great, and now almost stopped my main painkiller bupermorphine., thank you, and thank goodness for medical cannabis.

Great doctor who is very knowledgeable and caring. Website is easy to navigate. Medical cannabis is expensive but hopefully this price will reduce in time and be worth it…..too early to tell if it will help.

Amazing life changing

From the first time I spoke to Hayley on the patient support line, my gut told me that this was the professional, expert and supportive clinic, I was looking for. I have since spent months researching MC treatment and spoken to several other clinics, but when speaking to the members of this team (Becky, Hayley Rhea the other Becky) over the last 3mo when deciding this as a treatment path I wanted to take, my experience so far has been excellent!! Will update in the near future

Dr Imran Ali was really informative and helped make me feel at ease. He took the time to listen and understand me. He communicated how the process works, ensuring to ask, and answer, any questions to ensure all relevant informant was discussed; along with additional information which may support me moving forward.
