Good communication and customer service via email , online meeting with consultants works well , if anything changes i get a check that im happy with the options. Issues are dealt with quickly even when its not their fault , with updates when they have them.

I had a consultation with Dr. David Tang and I was asked to send in some details to assist with my hopeful prescription. I was unable to attach the file they needed and I had some brilliant help from Sarah and this issue was sorted straight away! Apart from this help, the consultation was extremely helpful and understanding.

My whole experience today felt relaxed and helpful .Dr Cul was highly professional and made me feel relaxed and well informed. The only issue I have sending you copies of my medical records that were printed by my GP practice. The font is small and difficult to enlarge so it is readable . I am now waiting fory interview with the psychiatrist in doc days time

I called reception as I was unsure about a couple of things. Spoke to a lovely lady called Emily, she helped me through some of the process I was struggling with online. She was kind and took time to understand, then find out the info needed if she didn’t know. She was very knowledgeable and also very patient with me. It was a pleasure to chat with her

hello, I have been a user for 5/6 prescriptions of the same product. Last time Releaf supposedly sent me the same thing again but there was about 3g too little in the box and the product was so dry that after grinding it turned into sand. Despite this, the product was of a different color and taste. Releaf claims that it may differ a little between deliveries but not that much in my opinion. I have been a user for over 15 years so I know a little better than the average user. So despite complaints about poor product quality and especially that too little product was delivered I am forced to rate you zero. You have no knowledge and you probably don't know what you are selling if I pay for 10g and get between 7/8 grams of very stale dried herbs in a box that do not stick, do not smell and crumble into powder. I do not recommend.
