I had an excellent first consultation with Dr. Ali. Attentive, patient, and highly knowledgeable, he took the time to address all my concerns, leaving no question unanswered. I left feeling fully informed and completely reassured—you’re in safe hands with him.

Came to releaf to for help, service at the time was good and provided the treatment they felt I needed. Giving this review because I have been in touch with them multiple times about having someone else's consultation notes attached to my profile and it has not been corrected or removed. Deeply disturbed with what I'm reading and have had a conversation over email and the phones about how it's affecting me and why it needs to be removed ASAP. I keep being told its being handled but its not being dealt with, I'm now more stressed and anxious then before I came to them for help. They need to understand why reading about someone else's mental state might be triggering for someone else and take it seriously. Update - Issue has been chased, with some actions still pending. Have updated the rating due to the customer service I received since this review, the person I spoke to was very understanding and empathetic which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The whole process was quick, painless and professional. Everyone that I've dealt with from Releaf so far has been absolutely fantastic and very helpful. I work nights, so the fact I can get consultation appointments at 8am works really well for me. Prices seem to be fair although I haven't compared to be honest. I'm still a fairly new patient so probably a little early to comment further but so far my experience with Releaf has been great and I look forward to being with them for the foreseeable future.

Zero worries about having THC in system when driving. Releaf provided guidance as to when it’s safe to medicate helping me drive with confidence the mornings. Helpful staff, ok flower had seeds in first batch of gelato all the others was ok. Changing this back to 2 star now. I just received my 2nd batch on medication and this time there was a split moisture packet in the packet with the flower and it leaked all over the buds. Seems like there is no quality control for the flower.
