Knowledgable and friendly staff helped me to reach an ideal medication plan for my migraines. It's so easy to register and get access to the medicine needed and you can arrange appointments as often as required to get to the ideal treatment. Thank goodness this has finally come to the UK

Once you pay the fee they will tell you to write to your GP to get the medical records… once you get them they will say they need you to photograph them and send them page by page ( could be hundreds of pages and they need them all!) . Then they will say they can’t proceed with any page that has any text redacted… your medical records will have redacted text!! It’s a very long process, 3 months on I‘ve still not had a consultation. Replies to emails are not fast. I would not recommend!

Good service simple and quick to get started and find out if you are eligible on time for consultations products also arrived in specified time and good quality to. The only thing was the box had tamper proof seals on but wasn't sealed apart from that 10/10
