**Exceptional Customer Service from Leah (Patient Support Coordinator)** When my original Omura device stopped heating, I reached out via the dashboard at 11:45 on 16th October 2024. By 15:49, I had received a prompt and courteous response from Leah. Her professionalism and reassuring demeanor throughout the process put me entirely at ease. She skillfully managed the shipping process, and by 19th October, I received my new and significantly upgraded Omura vaporizer—which, I must say, is not only highly efficient but also stunning in design. Fybromyalgia Sufferer. Had to edit this as the review does not do justice to the benefits I have recieved from starting medical cannabis. (Original review retained below) Before starting medical cannabis i tried conventional routes of treatment through my GP. None worked particularly well. I was in constant pain daily and was unable to do things like walking my kids to school or cooking a meal without hurting. I would take my son to football on Saturday morning and end up in bed, exhausted and in pain for the rest of the day. Since joining Releaf it has been incredible. I have been able to enjoy things again and can spend the day with family doing all the normal things I used to do without feeling broken. I sleep so much better (actually all through the night) which helps massively too. The staff have all been super helpful and very friendly. I have waited to write a review about Releaf clinic until I felt like I had a full picture of how everything worked. Now after half a year I can confidently say, my experience has greatly surpassed my expectations . First interview with an assigned doctor went very well, I was made to feel confident and at ease. My starter kit and medication arrived very fast also. I soon had to travel to Italy, almost debating if I should just leave my medication behind, but after some thought I emailed Releaf clinic a travel letter request. I had a response with my letter within days, and so it was the best holiday I have ever had.

Releaf has brought me a completely different outlook on the stigma of managing pain in a different way. The whole process from start to finish has been unbelievably smooth and efficient. The team at Releaf are unbelievable, kind caring and helpful and always quick to respond with any questions I have had. I am only a few days in managing my pain in a new way but already I can feel a difference and have now been able to stop taking prescribed medication from my doctor that really has had no effect whatsoever.
