I bought 2 watches one being a Gucci one that came with no warranty or paperwork , tried putting in serial number on the Gucci website a few times now and the watch is not found , also no plastic cover over the watch like the other one , emailed the company 4 times , got 1 reply eventually saying it was registered day of purchase and no other answers to my questions, sent another email wanting to return as it is looking like a fake if Gucci can’t find the warranty

Nice chain but very disappointing gift wrap! Paid for gift wrapping as it showed all nice burgundy gift bags and it came wrapped in gold with a bright blue bag saying the jewel hut. Looked cheep
