Trial period passed before I realized it. When I called to cancel, I had already been charged the full amount for the month. The young man I spoke with, he was very pleasant & nice, made arrangements to refund the full amount, & then charge half the price. As I only used the service one time , and I forgot to call, I guess it is only fair.

Great help getting my cover letter for my new job

My rep, whose name I unfortunately I didn't catch, was very helpful and considerate. I told her I wanted to cancel and explained that I had needed only the one resume and letter (I think I got the job!) and no longer wanted the service, she kept the "save the sale" pitch to a minimum and, as soon as I said I didn't want the service at all, she courteously and cheerfully canceled it for me and wished me a great day. She did a great job!
