This course was delivered in a relaxed informative manner. Easy to understand and plenty of time to ask questions and discuss scenarios as we went through the day. Vince spoke in a really clear concise way and the topic was easy to understand. The practical side of the course was good fun. The information regarding our phones and taking ourselves off various list on the internet was very interesting and also about storing our Emergency numbers in our phones on the Health App on our phone too.
