Great!, the course was very informative on to what extent scenarios you should put up with. It was very helpful to understand safety procedures can be taken to reduce risks, dangers, and warnings when dealing with various potential risks. This was very helpful!

It was a really informative session. I learnt a lot about identifying a risk before the issues occur, how to de-escalate a situation and the importance of writing a thorough report afterwards. I really felt like I learned a lot.
