A very useful and informative course on conflict management and personal safety. A reminder to check out your organisations polices and procedures. Raising awareness of our digital footprint was very enlightening. Vince delivered the training in a very engaging way via Teams, full of energy and actively involving everyone in the session, the 3 hours flew!
